In March 2013 Gallinis restaurant & Coffee shop, a well established business for over a decade, located in Swansea's SA1 Marina. A restaurant with an enviable reputation for fine dining, and good service, was taken into new ownership by Gurbuz Vural (Baz) and Selcuk Meseci (Sul), Sul the head chef of the well established La Memo Brasserie restaurants of Neath & Port Talbot, has taken over the Head Chef of Gallinis.

The new owners bring with them, many years of experience in fine dining, and aim to further cement the reputation of Gallinis, with some new dishes and ideas, while keeping many well loved favourite dishes, prepared by Guiseppe who has stayed on at Gallinis. Gallinis will continue with the mainly Italian menu, and introduce a few exciting european dishes, along with fresh fish dishes caught that day, which can include some real delicacies such as locally caught shark, lobster, sea bass and other local fish.

If you have a sweet tooth then our desserts are sure to tempt you, from our very own special Tiramisu, to all the others on display and the very special Movenpick ice creams. Gallinis, located in the well renowned Swansea Marina (SA1) has a loyal client base of regular customers including many of Swansea City FC, the Ospreys RFC and local Olympic stars and other local celebrities.
